ADA1380x540.jpgIf you and your companion require special needs or ADA accessible seating when coming to the Resch Complex, please talk to a ticket agent by calling Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 or by visiting the Ticket Star box office in the Resch Center. ADA seating can also be purchased on-line at ticketstaronline.com, but we recommend talking to an agent to be sure we provide you exactly what you need. 

The ADA policy for the Resch Center and Resch Expo is listed below for your convenience

Accessible seating

Accessible seating is located on the third level-ADA west and east. Depending on the event, accessible seating may be available courtside, rinkside and on the floor.

Service animals

Service animals as defined by the American Disabilities Act are welcome inside the Resch Center and Resch Expo. They must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal it would be helpful to notify your ticket representive at the time of purchase so an aisle seat may be reserved for you if your event is in the Resch Center. The animal must remain at your side at all times. 

Wheelchairs

It is recommended anyone who needs assistance getting around for an event bring their own assistance or mode of transportation.

Box office accessibility

The Resch Center and Resch Expo box offices have wheelchair accessible windows. In the Resch Center, Ticket Star will utilize window #1 as the primary window and window #8 as the secondary window. These windows are clearly marked for your convenience.

Accessible entrances

When entering the Resch Center or Resch Expo, automated doors are located in the main entrance areas.

Elevators

An elevator is located on both east and west sides of the Resch Center. Directional signs are located upper left and right as you enter the building. Our elevator attendants will provide assistance if needed.

In the Resch Expo, an elevator is located in the middle of the lobby.  

Assistance - guest services

Ticket takers and guest services staff are available for assistance. If you have an ADA event ticket, you will be directed to the nearest elevator. If you did not purchase a ticket for the ADA accessible areas and you need an accommodation, relocation may be possible depending on the event. Please notify someone in the box office or ask a staff member and they will see if the floor plan and/or open seating allows for a change.

Accessible concessions

In the Resch Center, our wait staff will provide concession service to the west and east ADA areas for select events. Guests seated in this area may choose to go to the concession stands on level 2. All stands are wheelchair accessible.

In the Resch Expo, all concession areas are also wheelchair accessible.

 

Accessible restrooms and water fountains

In the Resch Center, the ADA east and west seating areas have elevator access to level 2 where the restrooms are located. For those guests who are seated on the floor, ushers are available to escort you to the first level restrooms located on the east and west sides of the lobby. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Accessible family restrooms are located on level 2 between sections 211-212 and 219-220.

In the Resch Expo, all restrooms are ADA accessible.

Drinking fountains in both facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Sign language interpreters

Sign language interpreters are available by request in the Resch Center. To provide qualified and appropriately prepared interpreters, please make your request with our box office at least three weeks before the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests, however, it will depend on the availability of a qualified interpreter.

Assisted listening devices

The Resch Center box office has twenty assisted listening devices available. These devices are available on a check-out deposit system and can only be used when the Resch Center sound system is utilized for the event being held.
