An Evening with The Avett Brothers

Event Description

The Avett Brothers concert on Sunday, August 8, 2021, will be rescheduled to Monday, March 28, 2022, and moved indoors from the Resch Plaza to the Resch Center.

All original tickets from the August 8 date will be honored for the new March 28, 2022, so ticket holders can just hold on to their tickets. Nothing else needs to be done.

Current ticket holders who would like to upgrade may call the Resch Center Box Office at 920-494-3401 Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

If you prefer a refund, you have until September 6 to do so and can request one here by email. We will process your refund within 30 days.

Please Note: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through Ticket Star and not have transferred, posted, or sold them. If the tickets were transferred to you, you will need to transfer them back to the original purchaser for them to take advantage of the above.

The Avett Brothers’ new album, Closer Than Together, was released on October 4, 2019.

Last year, The Avett Brothers released their critically acclaimed documentary May It Last: A Portrait of The Avett Brothers, which was co-directed by Judd Apatow [Doc & Darryl, Knocked Up, The 40-Year-Old Virgin] and Michael Bonfiglio [My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David LettermanJerry Before Seinfeld]. The film followed the band as they wrote their Grammy nominated album, True Sadness. The film was released theatrically and debuted on HBO on January 29. In support of the film the band appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” “Today Show,” and Sirius XM.

The Avett Brothers’ album, True Sadness [American Recordings/Republic Records], achieved the group’s highest career debut to date and dominated multiple charts, arriving at #1 on Billboard’s Top Albums Chart, #1 Top Rock Albums Chart, #1 on the Digital Albums Chart and #3 on Billboard’s Top 200 Chart. The album was also nominated for Best Americana Album and Best American Roots Performance for “Ain’t No Man” by the 2017 Grammy Awards.

Parking will be $15 in the Lambeau Field lot.

ADA parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the Blue Lot on Armed Forces Drive, which must be accessed from Holmgren Way.
