Resch Complex managers get 10 year lease extension

PMI Entertainment Group (PMI) and Brown County have reached an agreement to manage the Resch Center and Resch Expo for ten more years! The Brown County Board of Supervisors approved the lease agreement on February 18.

PMI Entertainment Group has been in a contract with the county since the Resch Center opened in 2002, while the Expo opened in 2021. It’s a win-win because Brown County gets to keep PMI,  a local, Green Bay area company managing the complex. PMI is run by a community board of directors and has no owner. All profits go back into the company, the complex, or into the community.
