1. What are the box office hours?

Ticket Star is the official ticketing company of the Resch Center. Its box office is located in the lobby of the Resch Center. Its hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. –  2 p.m.
  • Weekends: Open at 10 a.m. if there is an event in the Resch Center that day

 

2. What is our weapons policy?

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PMI Entertainment Group (PMI), with the exception of ON-DUTY LAW ENFORCEMENT, prohibits all employees, customers, suppliers, vendors and all other persons from carrying any weapon on any PMI operated property or while acting as an agent or employee of PMI. PMI maintains the right to make an exception to this policy for suppliers, vendors, and customers if the nature of a show or event calls for such an exception. For purposes of this policy, a “weapon” includes any implement, tool or device that is primarily designed to inflict injury or death to any person or animal. “Weapons” therefore include all firearms (loaded or unloaded), all knives in excess of three inches in length, certain chemical agents (tear gas or pepper spray), tasers and billy clubs.

Only law enforcement officers are authorized to carry a firearm on company premises.

If you know of a violation of this policy, contact your supervisor or Manager on Duty immediately. Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

3. Do we have special needs services?

If you have special needs or require ADA services please visit the ADA Services page.If you and your companion require special needs or ADA accessible seating, please call or visit the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center at 800.895.0071.

ADA seating is also available online at ticketstaronline.com.

4. Do we offer listening devices?

Listening devices are available for use during events where the Resch Center’s internal sound system is utilized. If you require a listening device, please call the Ticket Star Box office located in the Resch Center at 800.895.0071 at least 2 weeks prior to event day. Your device will be available at the box office when you arrive.

5. Do we accommodate customers of size?

In order to accommodate all customers and ensure everyone has access to safe and comfortable seating our building offers chairs at the Resch Center that range from 15-19 inches dependent upon the type of seat selected. 

If a customer has any concerns regarding the seating options offered for a specific event we would direct you to contact the Ticket Office Box Office located in the Resch Center at 800-895-0071 for assistance and guidance.

6. What is our camera policy?

The camera policy varies by event and is determined by the show or event. Since cameras are not allowed for all events, please call the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center at 800.895.0071 in advance for more information. If cameras are allowed the only cameras allowed are small point and shoot digital cameras that can fit in your pocket. Long lens, professional type cameras are NOT allowed.

7. What items are prohibited?

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Anything that could be used as a weapon
  • Coolers
  • Bags measuring larger than 8.5 x 11 inches
  • Suitcases
  • Backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Audio/Video recording equipment
  • Professional type cameras without proper authorization
  • Food and beverage carry-ins or beverage containers
  • Laptop computers/tablets/Ipads
  • Umbrellas
  • Balloons
  • Spray String
  • Inflatables
  • Strollers
  • Smoking/vaping inside (smoking and vaping are allowed in designated areas outside)
  • Animals or pets of any kind unless they are a service animal or a service animal in training that qualifies as such under ADA guidelines

We recommend you do not bring a purse to speed up the security check-in. If you need to bring items in, we recommend no larger than 12 x6 x12 or 1 in a one gallon clear zip lock type bag. 

8. Is there a coat check?

No, the Resch Center does not have a coat check or any area where coats can be stored.

9. Do you offer valet service?

No, the Resch Center does not offer valet service. Parking is in the Lambeau Field parking lot. Guests who would rather not walk quite as far can be dropped off in front of the Resch Center.

10. Can I bring an umbrella?

Umbrellas are not allowed inside the Resch Center. 

11. Does the Resch Center offer gift cards?

Gift cards can be purchased online, by phone 800.895.0071 or at the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center. These gift cards are good for tickets that Ticket Star sells but also for Resch Center concession and team store purchases. To puchase online or for more information see Gift Card

12. Do we have a lost child procedure?

Our staff has a detailed communication plan in case of a lost child. The child will remain with event staff until parents are located. If you are looking for a lost child or need assistance of any kind, please contact any of our Resch Center event staff members in red shirts.

13. Where do I park?

Parking is located at Lambeau Field.
We accept credit card payments for parking, no need for cash!
 
The parking lot can be accessed from Lombardi Avenue or Oneida Street. ADA/Handicapped parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the U.S. Cellular lot and subject to parking fees as they apply to everyone.

14. Is there a re-entry policy?

Some Resch Center events have a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during those events, you will not be permitted to return. Please be sure to ask one of the service staff members before leaving the building if you will be able to return.

15. Do we offer refunds?

Ticket Star, the official ticketing company of the Resch Center, cannot offer refunds for any ticket purchases unless the event has been canceled by the tour. All purchases are final.

16. Is there an area for nursing mothers?

Yes, the designated spaces for nursing mothers are the family restrooms in the Resch Center. There is one on the concourse near sections 211-212 and one near sections 219-220. The family restrooms have a door that can be locked.

Please check with a guest services representative upon your arrival if you have any questions.

17. Are service animals allowed?

Yes, service animals as defined by the American Disabilities Act are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal it would be helpful to notify your ticket representive at the time of purchase so an aisle seat may be reserved for you. It must remain at your side at all times. 

18. Is there WiFi in the Resch Center?

At this time there is no public WiFi or wireless internet access available in the Resch Center. 

19. What's the difference between print-at-home and mobile tickets?

When you purchase tickets through Ticket Star, the official ticketing company of the Resch Center, you will need to choose your method of delivery. Many customers now choose either print-at-home or mobile tickets. In both cases you will be emailed a link. For print-at-home tickets you will click on the link and then print the tickets on your home computer.

For mobile tickets, the link will be a barcode of your tickets. Although you can download mobile tickets via the email you received, the Resch Center does not have WiFi.

So for easier entry, we highly recommend downloading your mobile tickets to your phone before arriving to the event.  If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay (formerly known as Android Pay) or Samsung Pay.

 

If you need to send the tickets you received via email to friends, just forward your email to them with instructions as to which seat ticket to download. Do not print your mobile tickets at home, they will not scan at the entrance. If you want printed tickets you can ask the box office to print them when you arrive. 20. How do I know if my tickets are legitimate?

The only way to know for sure if your tickets are legitimate is if you purchased them from ReschCenter.com or TicketStarOnline.com. The Ticket Star Box Office is located in the Resch Center, and is the official ticketing company of the Resch Center. Many other online sites sell tickets for the Resch Center, but they are what are called secondary sites and they simply re-sell tickets at a higher price to make money. If you purchase from one of these sites, either accidentally or intentionally, we cannot guarantee your ticket is legitimate nor can we answer any questions about those tickets. Please beware when buying tickets.

21. Are group discounts available?

Yes, some events do offer discounts for groups. Usually it is for groups of 15 or more. Some events may require more or less people to qualify for a discount. Please call the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center 920.405.1135.

22. What is our security procedure?

The Resch Center creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks deemed necessary, including the use of metal detectors and the search of clothing and other items.

We recommend you do not bring a purse to speed up entry. If you need to bring items, we recommend placing them in a clear plastic bag.

 

23. Is the Resch Center smoke free?

The Resch Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes inside of the complex may result in ejection from an event and/or receiving a citation. There are designated outdoor smoking areas available for your convenience.

24. What is our courtesy policy?

We ask that all of our patrons demonstrate fan courtesy when attending events at the Resch Center. Improper conduct, including profane or abusive language and throwing objects, may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.

25. Do you provide tours?

The Resch Center provides group tours of the arena on a limited basis.

26. Is first aid available?

First aid facilities are available near section 211 on the upper level in the Resch Center. Pease ask the nearest usher or event staff person for assistance.

27. What if I have lost something at an event?

Lost and found is in the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center. Articles are kept at the office until the end of the event and then are stored for 30 days. To see if your lost item was found, please call 800.895.0071.

28 What is the camera policy for events?

The ability to bring cameras and other recording devices varies per event and per venue. Please call the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center at 800.895.0071 one week prior to the event you are attending. If cameras are allowed, most events allow only a small digital camera that can fit into your pocket.

29. What is Will Call and where is it located?

If you are planning on picking up your tickets in advance, WILL CALL is at the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center. The person purchasing the tickets online is the only person permitted to pick up the tickets. Photo identification is required.

32. Do you have elevators?

Yes, an elevator is located on the east and west sides of the Resch Center. Directional signs are located upper left and right as you enter the building. Our elevator attendants will provide assistance if needed.The elevators stop at all floor levels.
